Having taken note of the information set forth in the Italian law Articles 7 and 13 of Legislative Decree N 196 of June 30, 2003, I authorise Acqua di Parma s.r.l. to handle the treatment, on an optional basis, of all personal data I have supplied above. This data is to be utilized to analyze consumer customs or choices, as well as for the possible sending of informative, advertising or promotional material, which I authorise. I also authorise Acqua di Parma s.r.l. to possibly send my personal data to other subjects for automatic treatment, which details will be communicated to me under requests, for the sole purposes above indicated and subject to that set forth in Arts. 42-43 and 44 of Legislative Decree N 196 of June 30, 2003. I also take note of my rights according to Art. 7 of Legislative Decree N 196 of June 30, 2003 regarding access, rectification, cancellation, opposition and any other right; and of the declaration of Acqua di Parma s.r.l. to adhere to all provisions of law contained in the cited Italian Legislative Decree, in the treatment of the aforementioned data.
