Can I ship my order to another country?

Orders can only be shipped to the country where you are ordering from.
If you can’t find your country on our website, please contact Customer Service.

Do you offer samples?

Samples are provided on a seasonal basis so that our customers can try the latest products.
We do not sell nor ship samples.

Will my order be gift wrapped?

Yes, all orders will arrive beautifully packaged in our iconic yellow box. For more information, consult the Art of Gifting section.

Does my gift order include an invoice that does not list the prices of the items?

The order will arrive with a delivery note that has no indication of price or cost, so you can be assured that the value of the gift will remain confidential. You can download the invoice by logging into your account on acquadiparma.com. If you have purchased the order as a guest, you will receive the invoice via e-mail. If for any reason you are unable to retrieve your invoice, or have not received one, please contact our Customer Service.

If I give a gift to someone, can that person exchange it for something else?

If the gift is not appreciated, you can return it, receive a refund and place a new order. Please note that products which have been personalised (e.g. by being engraved) cannot be returned. You can find further information in the Refunds & Returns section.

What is your return policy?

You have the right to return products within 14 days of delivery without providing any reason. Before requesting a return, please make sure the products comply with the following conditions in accordance with our terms of sale: the products must be in their unused original condition, with all tags and the security seal still intact, including any special packaging and accessories. We cannot accept incomplete, damaged, open, worn or altered items or products which have been clearly personalised (eg by being engraved). The return must be requested within 14 days from delivery of the order. The return parcel must be handed to the courier within 14 days from return confirmation. You must contact our Customer Service to request your return. The cost of returning the product(s) to our warehouse, whether by courier or postal service, is solely payable by the customer, unless the product is defective. You may also refer to our Terms of Sale.

How can I obtain a refund?

Subject to the provisions of the Return Policy, returns can be requested for any reason within 14 days from the delivery of your order. To request your return please follow these easy steps:
1. Contact our Customer Service through our Contact page indicating the order number and the products you want to return
2. Print the return form provided by our Customer Service and attach it to the return box
3. Ship your return to the following address:

Refund amount

We will reimburse to you the price you paid for the products, excluding the costs of delivery.
Please note that the cost of returning the product/s to our warehouse, whether by courier or postal service, is solely payable by the customer.

Refund procedure

Your refund will be credited to the original payment method unless you have expressly agreed otherwise, and in any event, you will not incur any fees from the reimbursement.

Refund times

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and no later than: 14 days after the day we receive the returned Products; or 14 days after the day we receive evidence that you have returned the Products; or If there were no Products supplied, 14 days after the day on which we were informed about your decision to cancel the order.
You will receive an email confirming the successful issuance of the refund with the total refunded sum.

I purchased a product from your online Boutique and only used it once. I want to try something else instead, can I send the product back for an exchange?

No, the products that you wish to return must be in their unused original condition, with all tags and the security seal still intact, including any special packaging and accessories. Incomplete, damaged, open, worn or altered items cannot be accepted.

How long will delivery take?

Next day delivery service applies to any order placed before 12pm and is only available during working days. Any order placed after 12 pm will be delivered within two working days. Please note that the next day delivery service covers deliveries to UK mainland only. Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Channel Isles, Scottish Islands, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles and Scottish Highlands are subject to different transit times and can take up to 72 hours.
Next day delivery has an average rate of 95% success.

Where does acquadiparma.com deliver?

Acqua di Parma Online Boutique delivers to Austria, Belgium, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxemburg, Netherlands, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, the United Kingdom. All countries subject to custom duties are excluded. If you can’t find your country on our website, please contact the Customer Service.

What happens if I am not home when the delivery occurs?

Our courier leaves a notification for you and makes a second attempt the next working day.

We are proud of the Italian craftsmanship defining our products, where the artisanal tradition has been handed down for generations.

How long do your products last? 

All our fragrances last more than 30 months if they are kept in their boxes away from direct sunlight or heat.  If products are stored under appropriate conditions, they will continue to fulfil their initial function.
