Payment methods

How to request a refund

Subject to the provisions of the Return Policy, returns can be requested for any reason within 14 days from the delivery of your order. To request your return please follow these easy steps:

2. Print the return form provided by our Customer Service and attach it to the return box

Refund amount

We will reimburse to you the price you paid for the products, excluding the costs of delivery. Please note that the cost of returning the product(s) to our warehouse, whether by courier or postal service, is solely payable by the customer.

Refund procedure

We will make the reimbursement using the same mean of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise, and in any event, you will not incur in any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

Refund times

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than:

14 days after the day we receive back from you any Products supplied; or 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the Products, or If there were no Products supplied, 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel the order. You will receive an email confirming the refund has been successfully issued and the total refunded sum.

The sending of the items without prior completion of the return request could lead to a longer time in the issue of the refund.
 

Return policy

You have the right to return the products within 14 days from delivery.

Before requesting the return of a product, check that the products correspond with the following conditions, in accordance to our terms of sale:
• The products must be returned in their original state, undamaged, still bearing all labels, safety film and special accessories included
• Items must be returned in their original packaging
• Incomplete, damaged, used or modified articles will not be accepted
• Return must be requested within 14 days of delivery of the order
• The package of the returned item must be sent to the courier within 14 days of the return authorization

Orders are processed between 8.30 am and 12:00 pm GMT Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 12:00 pm on Friday evening will be processed the following Monday.
