The name Zic playfully recalls the crisp snip of the blades. An essential tool made entirely in Italy, this wick trimmer pairs the sharpness of metal with the softness of tan calfskin leather, hand-stitched with Acqua di Parma’s signature yellow thread for a contrast finish. A custom yellow resin bead sits at the hinge, adding a signature accent of the Maison. Each piece is assembled with care: the two scissor halves are first separated to allow access to the inner components, where a new rivet is inserted for strength and longevity. The handles are wrapped and hand-stitched in fine leather, selected for its softness and easy grip. Once complete, the two halves are joined with precision to ensure a smooth, aligned movement.

For maintenance, simply clean with water and soap and avoid abrasive surfaces.
