Perfumer Clément Marx transformed Luca Bernardini’s Cassata Alla Zagara dessert into fragrance after experiencing it through tasting. Gourmand and instantly addictive, the scent opens with the light of Zagara Water Absolute.
At the heart, a Sponge Cake accord brings a soft, fluffy sweetness, while a Vanilla Madagascar accord in the base adds depth and richness. Together, these notes evoke the dessert’s structure, where sweetness and floral elegance coexist in measured balance.
The candle’s design reflects this dialogue between taste, form and refined colours. Its essential and composed silhouette echoes the dessert's structure, while the deep cassata green exterior, which draws from the key ingredient—citrus blossom, was selected with Bernardini and interpreted through a contemporary design lens. The creation follows the Maison’s signature craftsmanship approach: a dense, darker outer wax—unscented and developed to retain its sculptural form—encases a fragranced inner core in a lighter zesty green hue.
As the candle burns, the shape remains intact, revealing the chromatic contrast within. The Maison’s logo is engraved on the wax for a touch of subtle elegance. The candle comes in a berry-toned packaging, a first-ever colour expression for Acqua di Parma.

IMPORTANT – PRECAUTIONS FOR USE
To ensure the best experience from your scented candle, Acqua di Parma recommends:
· Do not burn your candle for more than 1,5 hours at a time. This will prevent the flame from becoming too high.
· Use a proper snuffer to extinguish the flame.
· Allow the candle to solidify before relighting it.
· Restraighten the wick in the wax after each use for consistent consumption of the wax.
· Regularly cut the wick with a wick trimmer (ideal length 5 mm) so that the wick does not stick to the wax and prevents the candle from emitting smoke.
· Keep the wax pool clear of matches and debris.
· Do not use the candle if the remaining wax level in the glass is less than 5 mm.
· Do not leave the burning candle unattended. Keep away from children, curtains, and pets.
· Do not move a burning candle or when the wax is still hot. Wait for the wax to solidify.
· Do not place the candle on heat-sensitive surfaces, near flammable materials, an open window, or other candles.
· If medical advice is needed, have product container or label at hand.
· Dispose of content/container in accordance with local regulations.
