Business branch lease notice

this communication concerns you if, in the past and/or prior to 20 April 2026, you have purchased a product on our e-commerce website, where the sale during that period was carried out by FiloBlu S.p.A. (now FB6 S.p.A.).

As of 20 April 2026, following the business branch lease transaction of FiloBlu S.p.A. (now FB6 S.p.A.) by FiloBlu S.p.a., VAT No. 04977250275, the data controller of your personal data, with reference to the processing activities for which FiloBlu S.p.A. (now FB6 S.p.A.) acted as data controller or joint data controller, will be FiloBlu S.p.a..

Nothing changes for you: the processing activities, services, purposes, and data retention methods remain unchanged. The legal bases for the processing are the performance of the business branch lease agreement (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR) arising from the succession in legal relationships.
