Payment methods

Refund amount

If you exercise your right to return the Products, we will refund all payments that we have received from you, including shipping costs, under all circumstances, within a maximum of thirty (30) calendar days from the date you inform us of your decision to cancel the contract. However, we may withhold any refund until the user has presented proof that the goods have been returned, whichever condition is met first.

Return procedure

In order to complete your return and get your refund, please visit our Acqua Di Parma Boutique in Dubai Mall. Unfortunately, we are not able to process your return outside of our store. We request for you to visit the store during operational hours to finalize the return. Return policy

You have the right to return the products within 30 days from delivery.

Before requesting the return of a product, check that the products correspond with the following conditions, in accordance to our terms of sale:
• The products must be returned in their original state, undamaged, still bearing all labels, safety film and special accessories included
• Items must be returned in their original packaging
•All personalised items are not eligible for returns.
• Incomplete, damaged, used or modified articles will not be accepted
• Return must be requested within 30 days of delivery of the order

Order processing

Orders are processed between 8.30 am and 12:00 pm GMT Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 12:00 pm on Friday evening will be processed the following Monday.

The updated status is always available in your account, inside the “My Orders” section. To check the progress of your order you can view its status beside each order number in "My Orders". Once the package is sent, you can track your shipment by clicking on the tracking number available inside the “My Orders” section of your account.
