From Ladin—the ancestral language of the Dolomites still spoken in pockets of the region—Stua refers to both the stove and a warm living room, recalling the gathering space of the alpine home. The Stua candle is presented in a brushed-effect porcelain vessel in a Bianco Dolomia glaze. The soft white tone takes after the distinctive limestone of the Dolomites, known for its pale brilliance and ever-changing light as it reflects the sun. The textured pennellato effect, reminiscent of the hand-painted stube of traditional alpine interiors, gives the object a vertical textured finish. The dark wooden cap, engraved tone-on-tone with the Acqua di Parma crest, serves both as a lid and as a base for display. Inside, it reveals a smooth yellow porcelain insert with Cristina Celestino’s signature. The Torrone fragrance opens with bright notes of petitgrain, creamy pistachio, and sesame oil—lightly sweet and toasted—followed by a heart of orange flower and white nougat. Base notes of vanilla, cocoa extract, and Ecomusk® add creamy depth and sophistication.
