Payment methods

Acqua di Parma Online Boutique accepts payments via PayPal, Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard and American Express), Klarna, Sofort, Alipay, Apple Pay and COD. You may select from these payment methods at the end of the order process. Payment will be made by the Customers to the attention of Diana, who will collect payments of sales made on Acqua di Parma Online Boutique on behalf of Acqua di Parma. Alipay

Cod

By choosing this payment method, you can pay your order directly to the courier upon delivery. The courier will accept cash payments equal to the exact amount of the order and will not be able to give change. Cash on delivery provides a supplement of € 8.00, which will be calculated and made clear during the purchase procedure.

PayPal

Clicking "Pay with Paypal" during the checkout you will be redirected to PayPal's secure website. If you already have a PayPal account, you can simply proceed to authorise your payment. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can register for free and securely enter your credit card information. You will then be able to confirm your order with a simple click of your mouse. You can also use your current bank account to apply funds to your PayPal account, from which you can subsequently make payments.

Sofort

Sofort is a real-time bank transfer payment method that customers can use to transfer funds directly to merchants from their bank accounts. The payment method is based on the principle of a bank transfer. In contrast with a regular transfer, the consumer only has to verify the payment. Details such as the amount and the beneficiary are already filled out. SOFORT then proceeds to carry out the payment.

Klarna

Through the payment provider Klarna, it is possible to purchase Acqua Di Parma products and divide the cost into three installments.

Refund amount

We will reimburse to you the price you paid for the products, excluding the costs of delivery. Please note that the cost of returning the product(s) to our warehouse, whether by courier or postal service, is solely payable by the customer.

Refund procedure

We will make the reimbursement using the same mean of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise, and in any event, you will not incur in any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

- 14 days after the day we receive the returned Products;
- or 14 days after the day we receive evidence that you have returned the Products;
- or If there were no Products supplied, 14 days after the day we receive and confirm your communication of order cancellation

Return policy

You have the right to return the products within 14 days from delivery.

Before requesting the return of a product, check that the products correspond with the following conditions, in accordance to our terms of sale:
• The products must be returned in their original state, undamaged, still bearing all labels, safety film and special accessories included
• Items must be returned in their original packaging
•All personalised items are not eligible for returns.
• Incomplete, damaged, used or modified articles will not be accepted
• Return must be requested within 14 days of delivery of the order
• The package of the returned item must be sent to the courier within 14 days of the return authorization

Shipments to islands and remote locations may take a bit longer to reach their destination, potentially causing delays beyond the originally estimated delivery date.

Orders are processed between 8.30 am and noon GMT Monday to Friday. Orders placed after noon on Friday evening will be processed the following Monday.
